You and Your New Year's Resolutions.

The first day of the year is often one of the most inspiring moments in a person’s life. Many people begin outlining their New Year’s resolutions with excitement and hope. But as January passes, that initial motivation starts to fade, and some begin to forget those goals. By mid-year, the mindset shifts, and you start hearing the familiar line: *“Next year, I’ll…”*—a pattern we know all too well. Here’s a thought: if you’ve been adding more and more to something/someone without seeing results, maybe it’s time to stop\start subtracting. If you’ve been going left and still feel lost, perhaps it’s time to try going right or back. In other words, experiment with different approaches. Don’t stay stuck in a method that isn’t working. Sometimes, real progress requires stepping outside of our comfort zones. That’s where meaningful change begins and where things truly start to happen. What do you think?
